You may have seen the signs for a program called Adventurous Aging, and are wondering what it is…well, here’s the scoop:

Mother Sara Phillips from the Diocese of Central Gulf Coast is bringing this program to our Diocese on Saturday, March 15, from 10 am to 2 pm. It was originally to be at St. Luke’s, and, well…Trinity is now graciously hosting it instead.

This workshop will have all kinds of information for seniors to help with our “maturing” selves. Presenters will talk about research related to aging, cardiovascular health, pain management and there will be chair yoga for all!

Please come, bring a friend (or two, or three!), and wear your St. Luke’s church merch. Lunch is included in the $20 registration fee.  Here is the link to register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/adventurous-aging-how-to-stay-young-at-heart-registration-1199330091589?aff=oddtdtcreator&internal_ref=social

I look forward to seeing you there!

 Faithfully yours,
